One of the hands has a peg in it, to be used with the Rasengan.

The headband has a very tiny joint that allows you to adjust it. It seems delicate, though, so apply pressure at the base when you move it.

To change faces, pull down on the face. It does not have a detachable hair piece like your typical Figma or Figuarts.

The Rasen-shuriken requires the tamashii stand to be used. Naruto cannot hold it.
